Dr. Tiffany Jenzer received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York in 2021. She completed her clinical residency at the Alpert Warren Medical School of Brown University. Her research explores the mechanisms involved in psychological treatments for substance use. In particular, she is interested in the way people regulate their emotions, how people learn new emotion regulation skills, and what impact this has on treatment outcomes. By identifying these processes, she hopes that this work will improve treatment options for problematic substance use. Alongside her research, she is a clinician at Bradley Vista and specializes in working with young people with mental health issues who struggle to reduce their substance use and their families.
